L’ambiente ricorda la galleria di una grande casa del Sud, inondata di luce nei toni del bianco che a tratti diventa abbagliante. Quest’atmosfera, che l’occhio umano percepisce come luce naturale, è in realtà simulata da pannelli luminosi schermati da tende bianche che suggeriscono la sagoma di una finestra aperta verso l’esterno. Un’illuminazione diffusa enfatizza il soffitto voltato e decorato di Palazzo Bovara. La luce cambia temperatura di colore e intensità esattamente come quella solare. Il visitatore vive un’esperienza sensoriale ed emotiva all’interno di uno spazio scenografico dove è protagonista un unico elemento d’arredo in dialogo con le lampade decorative: l’iconico divano Cloverleaf Sofa disegnato da Verner Panton nel 1969, sorprendente opera modulare caratterizzata dallo schienale ondulato e dalle sedute su entrambi i lati. Guardano al Mediterraneo anche i pavimenti in ceramica, con colori che vanno dal bianco al verde.

The environment resembles the gallery of a large southern house flooded with light, in shades of white that becomes dazzling at times. Here the atmosphere created by light, that at first the human eye perceives as natural, is actually simulated by panels, shielded by white curtains, that look like a window open to the outside. Diffuse lighting emphasises the vaulted and decorated ceiling of Palazzo Bovara. The light changes colour temperature and intensity just as the sun does. The visitor lives a sensory and emotional experience within a spectacular space, where a single piece of furniture interacts with the decorative lamps and steals the show: the iconic Cloverleaf Sofa designed by Verner Panton in 1969, a surprising modular work characterised by an undulating backrest and seats on both sides. Also evoking the Mediterranean are the ceramic floors, with hues ranging from white to green.
